County Note Cards and Tea Towels

As a surface designer and illustrator, I am often collaborating with manufacturers and we go back and forth in the design process sometimes altering the color palette or adding some design elements that better capture the intended objective. But sometimes I design products just for me; something that I'd like to use. I often gift the things I design and inevitably get asked if the items are for sale. It's so nice to know that others also like what I'm creating so after a little math work, I figure out if I can make the items to sell. Right now the stationery and tea towels are printed locally in small batches or limited edition. Each product is designed by me (Kelly) and I keep a keen eye on production samples and design the packaging too. If you order from our online store, I'm the one packing up the orders too.

The note cards box set and tea towels incorporate our County Collection artwork. I took images from the Visitor's Guide (originally designed for The Corporation of the County of Prince Edward in 2019) and the Itineraries projects and reformatted them so they'd fit on note cards and also a tea towel form. The tea towel is quite luxe, it's made from 55% linen and 45% cotton. If you know linen, you know the more you wash it the softer it gets. Each piece is unique, but approx. 16.5" X 24". We've made just a few of these and they've been sewn in our home studio.
